Node 1. Amorphous Oxides (NU, USA)
Description: The GMN-Amorphous Oxide Semiconductors node aims to develop a materials science (processing-structure-properties-performance) understanding of amorphous oxide semiconductor (AOS) materials, leading to improved materials and enabling current and future applications. This node combines wide expertise including synthesis, characterization, theory, and device fabrication to probe all levels of this complex but critical materials system.

Node 2. 2-D Materials (NUS, Singapore)
Description: GMN-2D node is a platform for young researchers to share information, exchange views, promote their research, and discuss collaboration. The aim is to develop it as a one-stop cyber center for activities related to 2D materials research and development.
